NOTES journal launches its third issue with a conversation about why it's important to consider the many expressions of photography in the age of Instagram and analogue enthusiasm. NOTES is an artist-led photography journal, published in Scotland to showcase and discuss various types of photography and open up conversations about what photography is, what it can do and what it can become.
