A Glass Expanse is a new collection of work created by recently graduated female artists and discusses some of the current challenges which female artists face when embarking on a career in photography related practice. A Glass expanse works upon the idea that it isn’t simply upwards momentum that is blocked by the proverbial “Glass Ceiling” but movement, growth and opportunity itself, and challenges the artists to break down those barriers and create their own Glass Expanse.
